Nicky Wood is a strategic transformation and programme leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex business change, major programmes and global mobilisation across cyber security, technology and facilities management.

She specialises in bringing structure, governance and delivery discipline to complex transformation environments, helping senior leaders translate strategic priorities into executable programmes and measurable outcomes. Her experience spans programme and portfolio leadership, transformation governance, business change, transition and mobilisation, vendor management, risk management and project recovery.

As Associate Director within the Transformation Management Office at NCC Group, Nicky designed, launched and embedded the organisation’s TMO, overseeing a portfolio of more than 250 projects and programmes. She introduced portfolio governance, business case and reporting processes that strengthened executive decision-making, strategic alignment and the management of risk and resources.

Her wider experience includes leading complex international mobilisations across 30 countries and 50 locations, managing major service transitions and working across large, multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams.

Nicky combines strategic thinking with practical delivery experience. Whether establishing a transformation office, mobilising international services, recovering challenging programmes or strengthening an existing portfolio, she brings clarity, structure and momentum to complex change.

She holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
