Gemma Pugh is a strategy and transformation consultant with more than 20 years’ experience supporting Boards, CEOs, founders and senior leadership teams across private, public and purpose-led organisations.
Her work spans growth strategy, partnerships and M&A, income diversification, organisational capability and programme delivery. She helps leadership teams assess opportunities, align stakeholders and translate strategic priorities into practical delivery, including transformation programmes where technology and AI are important enablers.
Gemma has supported more than 20 merger and partnership search projects across charities, housing associations and trusts. Recent work includes helping PACEY identify and assess potential strategic partners, contributing to the process that led to its merger with Coram, developing growth and routes-to-market strategies for national charities, and designing AI adoption workshops to help leadership teams identify practical use cases and embed AI into workflows.
Earlier in her career, Gemma worked in corporate finance and private equity research and has extensive consulting experience with Accenture. She also serves as a Board Trustee at Project Art Works, contributing to strategy, governance and income generation.
Gemma brings a hands-on, trusted approach to complex and sensitive situations, combining strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment and practical delivery.
